Most of our solutions are permanent solutions and come with a Written Transferable Warranty. Interior crack injections and drainage systems, exterior crack repairs and drainage systems, as well as french drainage systems are all considered permanent repairs and therefore are covered by our Written Warranty. Interior Crack Injection
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers the repair of a previously injected foundation crack. This warranty includes the reinjection of the crack using polyurethane to reseal the foundation from the leak. This warranty will include the tear out to expose the previously repaired crack as well as clean up after the repair has been made. Proof must be provided via picture or other physical proof for the warranty to cover the repair. This warranty will only cover the repair using the original method, unless method is rendered ineffective; in which a new method of repair will be provided.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover any damage or the cost of any damages that may result from a faulty crack repair. This warranty does not cover new cracks that form off of the preexisting repaired crack. This warranty does not cover the repairs to the drywall or any other finished material that needs to be removed to repair the foundation injection.
What is the Period of Coverage?
This warranty will be in effect from the date signed and is valid throughout the span of the signee’s ownership of the house, as well as all subsequent owners of the household.
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
To correct the problem, we will come inspect the issues, scrape the damaged area, re drill and then re inject the crack to provide a watertight seal. A water test will be done before and after the repair is completed to validate the repair.
What Will We Not Do?
We will not repair the crack using a different method.

What Must You Do to Keep the Warranty in Effect?
In order to keep this warranty in effect, the owner must keep a signed copy of the warranty with them. Warranty will not be valid without the homeowners signed copy of the warranty. In order to transfer the warranty to a new homeowner the present homeowner must contact Cutwater Construction for a new copy of the warranty to be signed by the new homeowners.
